The diploma thesis is focused on the support of the development of regional sales of organic food. The main objective was to analyse the possibilities of supporting the development for sales of regional products of organic farming in the Olomouc Region. In the theoretical part, the basic aspects of organic farming and organic food and then the basic factors influencing the organic food market and the forms of sale were defined. Using a questionnaire survey and a personal questioning, a survey between consumers, sellers and the manufacturer were conducted. The obtained information was compared and the possibilities for the development of organic food sales were proposed.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of the organic food market in the Czech Republic and its related fields. The beginning of the thesis is about organic agriculture. There are mentioned some legislative regulations, main principles and goals of organic farming, crop production and animal breeding principles or some pros and cons regarding this type of farming. The end of this chapter focuses on organic agriculture development, conditions and national support in the Czech Republic. The following part describes organic food including production, Czech control system and ways of labeling. Attention is also given to a comparison between organic and conventional food. The most important part is the last chapter focused on the organic food market in the Czech Republic. It simply describes the market development, consumers' awareness level, their attitude to organic food, supply and demand situation, ways of sale and some support measures. At the end of the thesis, there is an estimation of a possible future progress.

The thesis deals with the analysis of Czech market with bioproducts. The first part describes the characteristics bioproducts, the requirements for production, certification of bioproducts, control and quality requirements for bioproducts. An important part of the thesis is the exposition of the situation in the market of bioproducts, where describes the current state of organic farming in the Czech Republic and policy of subsidies. In the practical part, by dint of survey receive information on consumers awareness about bioproducts and their preferences. The final part of the thesis is an evaluation of the result of the survey and based on the results of the survey proposed measures to support the Czech market of bioproducts.
Organic Food Awareness of Grammar School Students

The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on organic food and ecological agriculture problematics. The primary objective is to point out advantages and disadvantages of organic food and therefore, I mention comparison of organic and conventional food in the thesis. The practical part investigates attitudes and levels of knowledge of students of selected lyceums about organic food. The quantitative research (survey) was conducted at three lyceums in Prague. The statistical methods were used to verify the stated assumptions. While processing the survey I have learned that students struggle with the field of healthy nutrition than with the field of ecological agriculture and therefore, a proposal of healthy nutrition and organic food lecture has been chosen as the pedagogical output of the thesis. A tutoring presentation will focus on students of lyceums and its purpose will be to raise awareness about this problematic.

The bachelor thesis analyses consumer behaviour in the market with organic food. The theoretical part is focused on the introduction of the consumer theory and it also deals with organic farming and organic food. The practical part of the thesis analyses the results of a survey, which had aim to find out the motives and reasons leading consumers to buy organic food, how much consumers are spending on organic food, where is the organic food mostly purchased and its aim was also to find out the reasons why people do not buy organic food. The analysis of consumer behaviour in the market with organic food shows that the consumers do not trust in the quality and labelling the organic food and they are not enough informed.

This thesis deals with the analysis of organic food market. The first part contains a theoretical description of organic farming and the demands and evaluation of the product of organic farming, which is organic food. There are also presented the possibilities of organic food distribution to customers including the methods of their sales.The practical part contains the analysis of organic food market in Svitavsko region which includes the cities of Polička, Litomyšl and Svitavy. The data are presented in tables and illustratively graphed. The final part of the thesis proposes measures to improve the organic food market and increase the interest in buying them.

This thesis is focused on the analysis of the Czech organic food market. The theoretical part deals with ecological farming and organic food. The analysis of the Czech organic food market is also carried out. In this part it is also described biomarketing of organic food. The practical part of the thesis includes the questionnaire survey. The aim was to find out the consumer motive to buy organic food, the reasons why people buy or not to buy organic food, the most common purchased types and to identify the most frequent places of buying organic food. The questionnaire survey shows that the organic food market in the Czech Republic has a big potential. Organic food is becoming more requested commodity and in the future, it can be assumed its increasing trend.

The bachelor thesis defines organic agriculture, including its products and outlines its current status in the Czech Republic and in the world. This work is focused on the organic food consumption analysys, which follows. The current situation of the global and domestic organic food market are stated, further individual continents and countries are compared from the point of view of the consumption level and the position of organic food at the market. The distribution channels for selling organic food are briefly described as well. The work itself includes proposals for marketing events which could contribute to bigger consumer's call for organic food and thus to higher sales volume. The effectiveness of the proposed events was verified by a questionnaire survey and its results were evaluated.
